LOW INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The Fort Peck Tribes Community Service Program has prepared a proposal for submission to the
Department of Health and Human Services for FY 2026 Low Income Home Energy Assistance
Program funds. These funds cover the period of October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026.
This plan of operation is same as the FY 2025 LIHEAP Plan of Operations.
This plan of operation can be inspected at the Community Services Program office, located in
the Phase III of the Tribal Building, Poplar, Montana. The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., July
29, 2025 through August 9, 2025. Written comments will be accepted on the plan of operation
during the same period.

COMMUNITY SERVICES BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM

These funds cover the period of October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026. This plan of
operation is the same as the FY 2025 CSBG Plan of Operations.
This plan of operation can be inspected at the Community Services Program office, located in
the phase III of the Tribal Building, Poplar, Montana. The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., July
29, 2025 through August 9, 2025. Written comments will be accepted on the plan of operation
during the same period.
